AI Supported Hidden Damage Detection
Project Sponsor
Project Target: Detect and determine damages of products from production to warehouse via cameras that are connected to Machine Learning System and avoid sending detected products to customers

•Damaged product can be detected by Machine Learning in 8 seconds with 4% of error.
•Identifying the root cause of customer complaint on damage by matching image from production

Transport Management System ( TMS)
Project Sponsor
Project Target: Insource truck planning process by implementing smart system for better utilization and decrease dependency to truck suppliers. Ortec ORD and OLO systems had been implemented.

Container Yard Management System

Project Target: Insource container yard planning and steering of BSH Turkey. Improve demurrage and detention costs with full visibility of containers in and out. Connecting all stakeholders ( Carriers, Custom Brokers, Factories, Logistics and Yard Operators in one system.
